Jewellery Care Service
EMPHASIS offers one year warranty and a variety of Jewellery Care Services. You may bring your jewellery purchased from us and its Certificate of Authenticity to our stores for the following Complimentary Services (subject to the terms and conditions set out below).
Complimentary Services
- First time ring resizing
- Repair, refinishing and ring engraving within warranty period
- Cleaning

Terms & Conditions
- A fee will be charged if additional material or accessory is required.
- Depending on the design, compositions or damage condition of the jewellery, it may not be suitable for resizing or repair.
- During resizing or repair process, there may be metal loss of jewellery piece.
- Jewellery Care Service may be amended or updated from time to time. Such services will be provided in accordance with the latest terms in force.
- If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
